Introduction
Through the Darlington Healthy Early Years steering group, I was asked to support the Darlington Xtra project, led by the council's Workforce Development Manager, which was to share work taking place that could be shared amongst the workforce. I was asked to do a vodcast around physical development within the early years to share the information with the workforce across Darlington, particularly focussing on the early years practitioners. This was circulated via the Darlington Xtra network, the early years taskforce group and also through our early years contacts within settings.
